Popular Mechanics is poised to break through the key 30 000 circulation figure, with the first month of the July - Dec ABC period reflecting sales of 29 561 copies. The magazine, which marks its second anniversary this month (August), recorded a 20% year-on-year increase in circulation in the first six months of 2004 - at a time of virtual stagnation in the magazine sector.
