Caxton and Carpe Diem in shareholding deal

Caxton and CTP Publishers and Printers Ltd and Carpe Diem Media have announced that Caxton has purchased a strategic shareholding in Carpe Diem. Carpe Diem is a publisher of Lifestyle and Christian magazines and books. The magazine titles are Finesse, Soul and Maksiman and Caxton will be transferring its title Joy! to Carpe Diem.
