New consumer forum www.jump.co.za/forum aims to provide a platform for consumers to comment on online stores and shopping experiences in South Africa, allowing all parties involved in the e-commerce process to make themselves heard. "The web-based forum caters for discussions about all products sold online and gives the consumer the ability to enquire and inform fellow consumers regarding any product-related information, whether technical or general," adds Albert Bredenhann, managing director of Jump Internet Technologies.
