The International Quality Productivity Centre has launched a blog at www.mld2006.blogspot.com intended to give women a platform to air their views about the Management, Development and Leadership conference to be held in May. The conference aims to equip women in leadership to excel in management as much debate surrounds the increase of women in government and parastatals, with some feeling that women are window dressing and do not perform.
