In research results just come to hand, Bateleur Research Solutions reports that urban South Africans rate the recent World Summit On Sustainable Development a lukewarm average of six out of ten in terms of being a success. 25% deem it to be a total failure, 48% feel that its effect was indifferent, and only 26% feel it was a success.
