
Namibia's communication regulator dismisses Starlink appeal over license rejection

The Cape Town Film Office has granted 3200 licences since the beginning of the year to foreign films to conduct photo shoots, films and adverts - more than double the number issued for the whole of last year, which in turn was 60% up on the previous year. The Western Cape accounts for 25% of the South African film industry and is now worth about R2-billion.
