Congress FEPACI postponed to March 2013
The Pan-African Federation of Filmmakers (FEPACI) is to hold its 9th Congress in Johannesburg, South Africa from 25-27 March 2013. First scheduled for 18-20 February, the date has now been postponed. For more, go to www.fepaci.org .
