Word of mouth marketing group
A new international industry organization aimed at organizing and setting ethical standards for word of mouth marketing has been formed by The Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA). The rise of the Internet, chat rooms, viral marketing campaigns and 'blogging' has allowed the unchecked spread of product information.
