Survey on e-billing in SA

World Wide Worx, an independent advisor on mobile-online technology and marketing strategies, has launched a comprehensive survey on electronic bill presentation and payment, or "e-billing". The "E-billing in SA, 2002" survey will examine e-billing from two different angles: from the perspective of local customers' preferences and expectations; and from that of companies' plans to move to an e-billing system over the next few years.
