Paint ad complaint upheld

TBWA lodged a complaint with the ASA, on behalf of Plascon, challenging Gold Medal's tv and print campaign claiming "One Coat Paint is a first in South Africa". The SA Paint Manufacturers' Association tested the paint and was unable to substantiate the claim. The complaint was upheld.
