Three companies within the Proactive group currently enjoy ISO 9001 status and have since 1999: Proactive Marketing Research, Proactive Call Centres and Centre for Effective Solutions.

Proactive was also the first marketing research company to convert from ISO9001:1994 to ISO9001:2000. This successful conversion demonstrates Proactive's ongoing commitment to quality, innovation and customer retention.
