CTP Caxton acquires strategic share in Threads & Crafts

CTP Caxton has acquired a strategic share in Threads & Crafts, SA's leading Needlework and Craft magazine and its sister company, Craft Boutique. Riana van der Merwe, founder of Threads & Crafts and Craft Boutique, will fulfil the role of CEO for both.
