Tritech Media acquires interest in KaChing
Thirty percent of KaChing, a cashless, ticketless parking system and smartphone application, has been purchased by Tritech Media, the technology innovator controlled by the Kirsh family. William Kirsh, founder and CEO of Tritech Media, will join the board of KaChing.
The founders and Servest, the largest black-owned facilities management company in Africa, hold the remainder of shares in KaChing.
KaChing developed patented technology that utilises license plate recognition (LPR) software to smooth the parking experience. MTN Business awarded it The Most Innovative App of 2016.
