Young Gagasi FM morning show producer, Jacinta Ngobese, won a designer watch worth R25,000 at the legendary Oprah mag tea party in February 2013. Ever caring and cheered on by Alex and The Morning Crew, she decided to auction her glitzy prize on air to raise much needed funding for the KwaMashu Children's Home and Hospice. The winning bidder was Afrisun KwaZulu-Natal Trust's Vivian Reddy, who not only returned the watch but also donated a bid of R30,000 to the organisation.
