Digital agency Creative Spark and virtual communications agency Refresh Connect have announced the companies have entered into a strategic relationship that will see both agencies align their skills to offer clients a broader, more comprehensive service offering.

This move is in line with Creative Spark's new strategy, which started in early 2014 and saw the company's transformation into a full service digital agency.
