CCMA rules in favour of SABC, Hlaudi Motsoeneng will not be reinstated
News24 reports that the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) has declined Hlaudi Motsoeneng's bid to be reinstated as SABC's group executive for corporate affairs.
Motsoeneng was formerly SABC's chief operating officer and was dismissed in 2017 after he was found to have brought the public broadcaster into disrepute during a media conference.
