In an effort to reduce packaging waste, Woolworths is piloting an integrated reverse vending machine in its flagship green store, Woolworths Palmyra in Claremont. Traditional retail is in the centre of a storm - and British department store chain House of Fraser is the latest to succumb to the tempest.
