ABN Productions to host media landscape conference
The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) and CNBC Africa have partnered with ABN Productions, to host a conference, entitled 'A Changing Media Landscape' which will take place at The Venue, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, South Africa.
The latest 3D technologies and its uses, as well as gaining competitive advantage in the converging new media space, will be some of the topics under discussion at the full-day conference.
Dr. Duane Varan, professor of new media at Murdoch University, Australia, and executive director and chief research officer of the Disney Media and Advertising Lab will share the research findings conducted by ESPN Research + Analytics on 3D TV during the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
