Mictert researches customer service for Transwerk

Fieldwork specialist, Mictert Marketing Research, has been commissioned to carry out a customer service research project for Transwerk, the engineering arm of Transnet. The survey will involve both telephonic and face-to-face interviews of Transwerk’s customers.
