Tracker, South Africa's leaders in stolen vehicle recovery, has appointed Joe Public as its through-the-line agency.
The business, worth about R15 million, involves integrated above-the-line advertising with various below-the-line disciplines. This piece of new business adds fuel to the fire at Joe Public, showing that things are really happening down at the 'restaurant'. It supplements the other wins announced by Joe Public over the past two months, i.e. Rapport, Sunday Sun and Prudential Portfolio Managers.
