Manqele named executive chef at Golden Horse Casino

Golden Horse Casino has appointed Nkosikhona Manqele as its new executive chef. Manqele studied at the International Hotel School and has accrued 13 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Manqele was named the first runner-up in the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs' Regional Young Chefs Competition.
