Skytrax reckons SAA has the Best Airline Staff

The 2018 Skytrax World Airline Awards bestowed South African Airways (SAA) with the Best Airline Staff in Africa award. The award acknowledges service excellence across a range of front-line customer service touch points.

The awards rate customer satisfaction across staff service efficiency, friendliness, hospitality, language skills, and overall quality consistency across front-line staff. SAA was also acknowledged as the Best Business Class Lounge in Africa, Best Cabin Crew in Africa, and Best Airline Cabin Cleanliness in Africa in the Best Airline Staff in Africa category.
