Table Mountain trumps Mount Kilimanjaro, Pyramids of Giza at World Travel Awards

Cape Town's Table Mountain has come out on top against Mount Kilimanjaro, the Ngorongoro Crater, the Pyramids of Giza, and Robben Island as 'Africa's Leading Tourist Attraction' at this year's Africa & Indian Ocean World Travel Awards, which took place in Mauritius on 1 June.

Having won the award, Table Mountain is now eligible to win the World's Leading Tourist Attraction 2019 title.

The World Travel Awards recognises excellence in customer service and experience across the travel, tourism and hospitality industries.
