Hill will be operating the business in Johannesburg, servicing clients with radio submissions, media relations and business consulting in the Gauteng region, while Myers and Matthews will do the same in the Western Cape area.

"Not only are the major music industry business players, labels, radio stations and media houses based in Johannesburg, but we had a demand from current and prospective clients to offer our services on a national level," said Hill. "The success of the business is largely due to the relationships we have with our contact base and it makes good business sense to build, maintain and leverage off these relationships nationally by having a physical presence in both regions."

In addition to publicity services, the holding company will be offering strategic music industry consultation to local artists. Based on a 'little black book' developed from over two decades in the music business, it has relationships with most of the major players in the legal, publishing and distribution arenas and will assist the artists in making better business decisions when it comes to taking their music to the next level locally and internationally.

It currently represents local acts including SAMA nominee Justin Bergh, Evolver One, Ernie B St Clair, Mathew Moolman, Dalen Lance and Sipho "Hotstix" Mabuse. The company has also worked with international icon Akon and most recently the finalists in the M-Net's Idols 2010 for its December show in Cape Town.
