I've been practicing in the educational, training and development sector for 7 years in a variety of settings specializing in corporate consulting with a qualification in Occupation - directed Education Training and Development Practice.
Prior to involvement in skills development I worked extensively within the insurance sector where my interest in skills development found its roots. Since then I've extended my portfolio to include: learning facilitator, learning and development consultant, Skills Development Facilitator (SDF), learning & development manager and provider accreditation expert.
I consult to SMME's, NGO's and blue chip companies covering a variety of Quality Management and Training related issues. In addition I am registered as an assessor and moderator of learning with eight (8) Sector Education and Training Authorities in South Africa, but have expertise in curriculum design and learning program development.
I now own a training and development company and we provide training service to clients big and small in South Africa, Zambia and Nigeria.
