The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) is inviting stakeholders and the media to the press briefing that officially announces its decision on applications for individual commercial free to air television broadcasting services and the related spectrum licence.
The press briefing takes place at 3pm on 18 March 2019 at the Icasa Head Office Auditorium.
