I've dedicated my life to movement arts and connecting with water. In my teaching I incorporate the qualities of water to be sensitive, rhythmical and to transform. I've trained in different styles of yoga, movement and body arts and unite elements of each of these practices to unlock each student's innate potential to free their bodies, allowing them to be transformed. Our movement affects our form and our form affects our movement. It is a constant interplay. Our bodies were created in water, through its movement, enabling us to move and impact the water surrounding us and within us. The ocean nourishes my soul - I bring the nourishing and connecting energy of water and the ocean into my teaching and practice.
