Service Advisor
Our client based in
Pretoria East is looking for a
service advisor to join their service department team.
Requirements:- Matric
- Driver's licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration skills, systematic, client centric
- Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
- Kerridge or Automate or Autoline or Evolve experience
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers
- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor-plan details on system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
