Responsibilities - Achieve sales targets to increase revenue through excellent customer service and sales process management within the telesales department
- Support company's marketing initiatives by ensuring stock availability and coordination for the sales team to drive business market share growth
- Ensure all customer queries and requests are handled professionally and timely to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets for business growth
- Take responsibility for telesales team administration, filing, and reporting to provide accurate information to stakeholders, adhering to company standards and policies
- Coordinate and process credit notes accurately according to company policy to ensure correct billing and customer satisfaction
- Ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders for informed business decision-making
- Manage staff effectively, holding them accountable through performance and disciplinary procedures, and develop and mentor them through talent management and IDP processes
