  • A bonus that rewards the revenue you bring in
  • Work from anywhere in SA with a global partner network
  • A direct, quick-moving team that values momentum and clear communication
About our client:
Our client is a travel tech company helping people stay connected the moment they land, anywhere in the world. Alongside a B2B side that supplies eSIMs to banks and global partners, they run a consumer travel eSIM brand, and that's where your focus will be. They've recently raised funding and are ready to bring affiliate marketing in-house for the first time. It's startup pace with high expectations, so it suits someone who likes to build.

What the job involves:
  • Setting the direction for the affiliate programme and deciding where to grow next
  • Running the platform day to day (Awin or similar): commissions, onboarding, tracking and reporting
  • Screening new partners and publishers to protect the programme from fraud and poor-quality traffic
  • Owning the affiliate budget and negotiating premium placements with large partners
  • Growing a network of international partners across key travel markets
  • Working alongside the in-house PR agency on joint opportunities
What you need to be considered:
  • Proven experience managing an affiliate programme on Awin, Impact or a similar platform
  • Clear examples of a channel you've grown, with the numbers to back it up
  • A good eye for partner quality and fraud risk
  • Confidence managing budget and making commercial decisions on your own
  • Resilience and a thick skin: feedback here is quick and direct
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong remote relationships
Bonus points if you:
  • Have worked in gaming, betting or fintech affiliate marketing
  • Come from PR or another well-networked field with strong global media or blogger contacts
  • Already know your way around travel or fintech affiliate communities
