Job description
Requirements:- A minimum of a diploma in Information Technology or a related field at NQF level 6.
- Microsoft certified professional certification in enterprise administrator (MCITP-EA) is preferred.
- Up to 5 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience supervising or overseeing IT user support.
- Experience supervising or overseeing IT operations.
- Experience supervising or overseeing project coordination and support services.
Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise desktop support technicians, ensuring service quality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee incident management and act as an escalation point for user support issues.
- Collaborate with the Johannesburg office to ensure seamless IT support for the regional office.
- Oversee IT asset procurement and administration, including secure stockroom management.
- Manage service provider relationships to ensure IT services meet agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide end-to-end operational and technical support, including advice on IT projects.
- Oversee IT project implementation and resourcing.
- Drive the deployment of new applications in the regional office.
- Lead technical support for VCAV solutions.
- Document and maintain IT-related procedures.
- Participate in the IT operations committee.
