We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who knows Java and Spring Boot inside out and is ready to push boundaries, challenge the status quo and make things happen.

Our technology stack:

• Java and Spring Boot
• Kafka or similar messaging platforms
• PostgreSQL
• AWS cloud services
• Terraform and infrastructure as code
• Odin ecosystem: internal tooling and platform integrations
• AI-assisted development tools

Experience and requirements:

• 6+ years of proven back-end software development experience delivering production-grade systems at scale
• Preferred: Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
• Deep Java and Spring Boot expertise in event-driven or distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL and AWS
• Knowledge of Terraform and DevOps practices.
• Experience with domain-driven and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, saga patterns, circuit breakers, bulkheads, SQL/NoSQL optimisation, RESTful APIs, event streaming and cloud computing
• Knowledge of unit, integration and contract testing, SDLC, agile delivery and version control
• Payments, fintech or financial services experience preferred
• Ability to engage confidently with senior business stakeholders, work independently and take ownership
