Operation of the Flexographic narrow web press MPS410 label press in a dynamic label printing envionment
Key responsibilities: - Set up and operate a
- Mount and register flexo plates accurately
- Select and install the correct aniloxes, print cylinders and die cutting cylinders
- Setup inks and maintain correct viscosity and colour
- Perform accurate colour matching
- Set and maintain correct print pressure and registration
- Setup and monitor web tension
- Setup and operate inline finishing
Minimum requirements:- Previous experience operating a flexographic narrow web press, ideally MPS 410
- Good attention to detail
- Good knowledge of inks, substrates and printing plates
- Ability to read and understand job cards and production specifications
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
