Location: George, Western Cape

• If you’ve completed your HR qualification and you’re ready to turn theory into real-world experience, Dotsure could be the place to start.
• We’re looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our HR/people team in George, Western Cape for a 12-month internship. You’ll get practical exposure to the world of HR, learn from experienced professionals and discover what goes into creating a great employee experience.

About the internship:

• HR is about much more than policies and paperwork, it’s about people.
• As part of our HR/people team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to a busy, people-focused environment and learn how HR supports employees and the wider business.
• You’ll have the opportunity to build practical workplace skills, grow your confidence and apply what you’ve learned during your studies in a real business environment.

Minimum requirements:

To be considered for this internship, you must:

• Have matric plus a completed degree relevant to Human Resources, such as Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or a related HR Field.  
• Be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Be currently unemployed.
• Have not previously participated in an internship programme.
• Be a South African citizen.
• Preference will be given to EE designated groups.
• Must be willing to be on-site (George, Western Cape)

• You enjoy working with people and understand the importance of treating information with care and confidentiality.
• You’re organised, approachable and communicate well. You take ownership of your work, pay attention to the details and aren’t afraid to ask questions when there’s something new to learn.
• Most importantly, you’re curious about HR and excited to build a career where people are at the heart of what you do.
