Job description

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business information systems, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification (Honours, master's, MBA, or equivalent) would be advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation, business technology, IT strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems, data analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions.
  • Experience within higher education, education technology, or large service-oriented organisations would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
  • Translate institutional strategy into a prioritized digital enablement roadmap.
  • Align digital initiatives with student recruitment, retention, academic delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency goals.
  • Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
  • Establish and monitor value metrics for digital initiatives.
  • Ensure effective utilization of student information ysstems (SIMS) and teaching and learning platforms.
  • Improve digital integration across the student lifecycle, including enrolment, academic progression, assessments, graduation, and alumni engagement.
  • Lead workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Improve system integration, interoperability, and data pipelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams.
  • Collaborate with academic, student services, finance, HR, marketing, and IT stakeholders.
