Requirements:



  • A Degree in B.Com Finance / Accounting

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive approach to work

  • Ability to administer and execute instructions from receipt to completion with minimal supervision

  • Strong organisational skills with close attention to detail

  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines in a highly pressurised environment

  • Willingness to work extended hours during month-end


Responsibilities:



  • Process trust and business EFT payments

  • Manage and maintain business creditors, advocates, directors, and staff refunds

  • Liaise with auditors and suppliers

  • Assist with month-end procedures

  • Maintain financial files and records

  • Assist the manager with all departmental matters when required

  • Attend to telephonic and email queries and requests

  • Assist with other departmental responsibilities as required
