Who are we looking for

A commercially minded leader with a proven track record in entertainment, events, or venue management. You are strategic, creative, and able to negotiate high-value partnerships while driving revenue growth. You inspire and lead teams to deliver exceptional entertainment experiences.

What will you do

  • Develop and execute a commercially focused entertainment and events strategy.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships and deals.
  • Maximise venue utilisation and revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee major events, ensuring strategic alignment and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Use data and market insights to guide decision-making and optimise results.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing entertainment and events team.
  • Collaborate across marketing, digital, and operations teams to integrate and promote events.
What do you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, event management, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years’ relevant experience, with at least 5 years in senior management.
  • Proven success in revenue generation, partnership development, and large-scale event management.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and commercial skills.
  • Ability to manage multimillion-rand budgets and complex stakeholder relationships.
