As a Senior Traffic Manager, you will ensure the smooth flow of work across creative, media, and production teams, from brief intake to final delivery. You will act as the central hub for project execution, overseeing timelines, resource allocation and quality control, ensuring all campaigns run efficiently and are delivered on time. In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing internal and external expectations, mitigating risks and maintaining clear communication across teams. Your ability to organize, schedule and track workflows will be key to supporting the Operations Director and ensuring campaigns meet high standards of quality and timeliness. You will provide operational guidance, maintain project visibility, and ensure accountability across teams, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within scope, and to the agency’s quality standards. Key responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Brief management
- Receive, review, and allocate briefs to relevant teams, taking workload and availability into account.
- Ensure briefs are complete, accurate, and technically correct; reject if not aligned with the checklist.
- Allocate briefs to the appropriate teams in consultation with CD’s & ECD where required and track outputs to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accountability for timelines once briefs are accepted.
- Maintain full knowledge of team skill sets and capacity.
- Track and monitor project hours; identify risks related to over/under-utilization.
- Proactively manage workloads and adjust allocations to prevent bottlenecks.
- Ensure resources are optimally deployed to meet project demands.
- Assign tasks to resources with time-specific allocations rather than blanket bookings.
- Schedule brief-ins, reviews and internal creative meetings.
- Conduct daily AM & PM check-ins to monitor progress and escalate issues.
- Liaise with production to align on schedules and milestone delivery.
- Ensure QA is completed on all outputs prior to delivery.
- Serve as the central point of communication between account management, strategy, creative, production and media.
- Act as the “calming force” in a pressurized environment, facilitating collaboration and resolving conflicts.
- Maintain transparency and clarity in communications to keep all teams aligned.

Requirements - Education: Advertising, marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of traffic/project management experience in a traditional advertising agency, managing integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital platforms.
- Multi-brand project management: Proven ability to manage multiple, complex campaigns simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and ensuring seamless execution.
- Resource and workflow expertise: Strong understanding of creative, media, and production processes.
- Project coordination and scheduling: Skilled at time-specific resource allocation and task tracking.
- Creative and media workflow expertise: Deep understanding of the creative process—from concept to execution—including experience managing the flow between creative, production, media and final delivery.
- Risk mitigation and problem-solving: Strong analytical skills to proactively identify and resolve project risks before they impact timelines, budgets or quality.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration: Ability to manage expectations across departments, management, and cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration.
- High-pressure execution: Comfortable leading high-stakes projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach: Ensuring precise execution of all project components while maintaining high creative standards.
