Who are we looking for

An experienced B2B Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of the ICT and/or Telco industry. You’re commercially minded, digitally savvy, and passionate about creating marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and measurable results.


What will you do
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, events, and account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Manage brand and digital content, ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Plan and oversee communications and content calendars to support lead generation goals.
  • Use SEO, analytics, and keyword insights to strengthen digital performance and brand visibility.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with business audiences and positions the company as a trusted ICT partner.
  • Track performance, measure ROI, and continuously optimise campaigns for success.

What will you need
  • 7–10 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within ICT, technology, or telecommunications.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, content marketing, and lead generation.
  • Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid business acumen with a customer-centric, digital-first mindset.
