Who We Are Looking For
A strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager with strong leadership skills and proven experience in integrated digital marketing. You should be innovative, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ideally with exposure to the gaming or hospitality sectors.



What You Will Do



  • Lead and execute digital marketing strategies across all online channels.
    • Oversee websites, apps, booking engines, social media, blogs, and paid media.
      • Drive innovative, customer-focused campaigns to boost engagement and revenue.
        • Manage SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and analytics to optimise performance.
          • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
            • Analyse results, manage budgets, and recommend improvements.
              • Coach and mentor digital marketing teams, building capability and engagement.



                What You Need


                  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

                  • 10+ years in digital marketing, with 5+ at management level.

                  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, Google Analytics, and campaign management.

                  • Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

                  • Creative thinker with proven ability to deliver impactful campaigns.

                  • Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when required.
