Who are we looking for:A digitally-savvy content specialist with experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g. Builder.io), strong attention to SEO/CRO best practices and the ability to publish, optimise and manage high-quality digital content across web platforms. What will you do:- Publish, optimise, and manage high-quality digital content across web platforms.
- Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., Builder.io, ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney) to enhance content creation and publishing.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice through strong editing and QA checks.
- Support and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experiments, including A/B testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, UX, performance marketing, developers, copywriters) to deliver optimised digital experiences.
- Monitor and analyse website performance data, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Conduct technical performance checks (e.g. page speed, broken links, usability issues).
- Contribute to SEO initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, AHREFS, or Screaming Frog.
What will you need:- Hands-on experience using AI tools for web content (e.g. Builder.io, ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney)
- Strong content editing and QA abilities (brand voice, accuracy, consistency)
- Experience with website optimisation: A/B testing, CRO strategy, or similar
- Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, AHREFS, Screaming Frog
- Able to interpret and act on data insights
- Comfortable collaborating with developers, SEO, UX, copywriters
- Attention to detail and technical performance checks (e.g. page speed, broken links)
Bonus (desirable) experience- Knowledge of headless CMS or advanced content automation workflows
- Experience with web performance analysis
- A degree in a test-driven, analytical or quantitative field
- Familiarity with design or layout tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD)
