Job description

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (3 years) in Human Resources, or a Diploma in Human Resources, or a relevant field
    • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Graduate Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
      • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred, but exceptional candidates from other industries will also be considered, provided they bring relevant expertise

        Responsibilities:
        • Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday (ATS) and other databases.
          • Organise recruitment documentation, including offer letters and onboarding packs.
            • Process graduate recruitment invoices and payments.
              • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
                • Plan and execute graduate recruitment events (career fairs, networking sessions, open days).
                  • Coordinate interview scheduling, including managing diaries and sending invitations on behalf of the TA Manager/Consultant.
                    • Liaise with external recruitment agencies, providing vacancy briefs and managing feedback throughout the process.
                      • Take full ownership of the background screening process, including: Obtaining candidate documentation, Logging checks on LexisNexis, Arranging fingerprint bookings where applicable, Conducting reference checks.
                        • Compile and share final reports with the TA Manager/Consultant for review and sign-off.
                          • Draft letters of appointment, fixed-term contracts, and addendums in line with company policies.
                            • Send new joiner packs, including all required onboarding documents, to HR Operations following offer acceptance.
