Requirements



    • A Degree in Marketing or any related field (advantageous)



    • A minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in business development, sales, and marketing



    • Proven industry experience in Facilities Management or Security Services (preferred) 



    • Senior management experience in a sales and/or marketing environment



    • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, including operational and client requirements



    • Proven sales track record



Responsibilities



    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and align with business goals

    • Recruit, mentor, and lead the sales team to meet individual and team sales objectives

    • Set and manage external sales targets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals

    • Oversee development and delivery of tailored client solutions using internal subject matter experts

    • Collaborate with the Sales and Promotion Committee to execute regional promotional strategies

    • Ensure all regional promotional initiatives comply with central brand standards

    • Manage budgets and strategies for client engagement activities (e.g., golf days, sponsorships)

    • Attend industry events to boost company visibility and influence

    • Support operational teams to cross-sell and upsell, with turnover targets set for existing accounts

    • Collaborate with operations, promotions, and service delivery teams for aligned objectives

    • Design and implement retention strategies for key clients through tailored solutions

    • Act as the primary contact for major potential clients to foster long-term relationships

    • Resolve client concerns swiftly, especially during sales or renewal cycles

    • Participate actively in the monthly Sales and Promotion Committee

    • Translate committee discussions into actionable strategies for sales and promotions teams

    • Prepare and present detailed sales performance, promotional results, and pipeline reports to EXCO and the committee (with BD Support)

    • Leverage data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement
