Head of Analytics / Data Analyst

Who we are looking for

A strategic and technically strong analytics lead who can own the full data function across marketing and product. You must go beyond dashboards and metrics — we need someone who can extract actionable insights to improve performance at every stage of the funnel.

Importantly: In our space, ads and product placements alone won’t cut it. To succeed, you need to understand how to reach and convert audiences organically - especially on Instagram and TikTok

What will you do

  • Implement and manage full-funnel tracking (GA4, GTM, paid media, CRM).
  • Analyse customer journeys and identify drop-off and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio, Databox) with key KPIs.
  • Deliver monthly insight reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Integrate sales call data to optimise messaging and conversion.

What do you need

  • Four-plus years in analytics or data strategy (SaaS or subscription model preferred).
  • Strong experience with GA4, GTM, UTM tracking, SQL, and dashboard tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, and CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn data into action.
  • Advantageous: experience in organic content performance analytics and predictive churn models.
