Technical Specialist

• 3–5 years’ experience in a field technician or infrastructure support role

• Experience in understanding IP networks – routing, DNS, port forwarding, static IP, firewall rules

• Experience with routers, switches, wireless access points (APs), and network diagnostics tools

• Strong troubleshooting ability and hands-on technical execution

• Comfortable working independently and solving problems on-site

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

• Install and configure parking equipment, access control systems, LPR cameras, and network hardware

• Ensure stable network infrastructure across all sites (LAN/WAN, fibre, wireless bridges, mobile failovers)

• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues in real time

• Perform on-site diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and upgrades

• Provide support during deployments of parking and integrated solutions

• Collaborate with software developers to test, launch, and refine new tech solutions

• Document installations, technical issues, and resolutions for internal reference
