- Discover, evaluate, and recommend up-and-coming and established musical acts for our flagship event and partner showcases.
- Liaise with artists, managers, and agents to build strong booking relationships.
- Stay ahead of music trends and identify genre-defining talents.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and production teams on artist curation.
Requirements:- A deep understanding of South African and global music culture
- A strong existing network of musicians, labels, and industry players
- Experience scouting or booking talent for festivals, events, or venues
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Passion, taste, and an ear for excellence
