This 3 day Advanced Contracts and Vendor Management Masterclass explores the fundamental principles of contract management, including the legal basis and purpose of a contract, structure and key contractual terms, the different types of contracts, and the management of the contract over its lifecycle. It also examines the best practice in vendor management and project monitoring as per set contract

At the end of this training, participants should be able to:
