Emperors Palace attracts visitors at ORT
Emperors Palace has positioned an informative and convenient kiosk with striking and aesthetic appeal at OR Tambo International airport. Designed and constructed by Mortimer Harvey, the kiosk is in similar style to the distinctive and timeless architecture of Emperors Palace.
Jakins says guest relations staff can book hotel rooms and show tickets for visitor's right there and then. "When the kiosk is not staffed from 23h00 to 07h00, guests will be able to use the outward facing touch screens to book their own show tickets and hotel stays via Computicket and the Peermont Central Reservations websites. We also offer free shuttles every 20 minutes from the airport bus terminals directly to Emperors Palace."
Gerald Harvey, Executive Creative Director of Mortimer Harvey says the agency worked tirelessly to ensure that the kiosk was built and fully operational for both the opening of the Gautrain station and the kickoff of the 2010 World Cup. "The kiosk is strategically situated below the escalators of the OR Tambo Gautrain station and an ideal showcase to market and promote the Palace of Dreams."
