The 4 Days Masterclass on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is a practical, hands-on programme designed to transform business processes and elevate public service performance. Taking place from 24–27 March 2026 at the Blue Lagoon Hotel in the Eastern Cape, this training equips delegates with step-by-step methodologies, BPMN templates, and implementation checklists to immediately apply in their workplace. Led by a seasoned Director of Organisational Development, the masterclass focuses on efficiency, compliance, audit readiness, and sustainable change adoption. Participants will leave with tangible outputs, including a mapped process, a drafted SOP, and a rollout and monitoring plan, aligned with DPSA standards, the Operations Management Framework (OMF), and Batho Pele principles.
