What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple markets in Southern Africa.
This individual will be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, a passion for brand building and a proven ability to translate consumer insights into business results. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth and market expansion.

What will you do?
  • Shape and execute the regional marketing vision and strategy
  • Drive brand growth, consumer engagement and market penetration
  • Lead consumer, shopper and market insight initiatives
  • Identify and capitalise on new product, category and market opportunities
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
  • Partner with commercial and sales teams to support revenue growth
  • Manage marketing budgets and maximise return on investment
  • Build, mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners
What do you need?
  • 8+ years' experience in FMCG marketing
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role
  • Experience managing brands across multiple countries or regions
  • Proven success driving brand growth and commercial performance
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics
  • Experience leading integrated marketing and brand-building initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial decision-making ability
  • Degree in marketing, commerce, business or a related field
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous
